1. Introduction
Welcome to GoldVault App (“GoldVault”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
GoldVault provides a digital platform that enables users to buy, sell, store, and manage gold, including features such as Systematic Gold Purchase Plans (SIP), promotional bonus schemes, and performance-based earning programs.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Nature of Services
GoldVault operates as a technology platform facilitating gold transactions. GoldVault does not:
- Provide financial or investment advice
- Guarantee returns, profits, or income
- Operate as a bank, lender, or deposit-taking institution
All transactions are subject to live market pricing and risks.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Account Registration & Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
- All activities under your account are your responsibility
- You must notify us of any unauthorized access
GoldVault is not liable for losses due to user negligence.
5. Gold Transactions
- All purchases and sales are executed at real-time market prices
- Prices may fluctuate based on market conditions
- Gold is allocated to your account in grams after successful execution
Transactions may be executed through authorized partners or liquidity providers.
6. Gold Savings Plan (SIP)
GoldVault offers a Systematic Gold Purchase Plan (SIP) allowing users to accumulate gold over time.
Key Conditions:
- SIP is a purchase facility, not an investment product
- Gold is bought at live market prices
- No returns, profits, or appreciation are guaranteed
7. Bonus Schemes
GoldVault may offer promotional bonus programs from time to time.
Important:
- Bonuses are promotional incentives, not financial returns
- Bonus eligibility depends on user activity, campaigns, or platform rules
- GoldVault may modify or withdraw bonuses at any time
8. Profit-Sharing Program

10. Redemption Policy
Minimum Requirement:

- Profit-sharing outcomes are uncertain
- Losses may occur

14. Compliance (AML/CFT)

- Monitor transactions
- Request additional verification
- Suspend or terminate accounts

15. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraud or illegal activity
- Use third-party payment methods
- Manipulate platform systems
Violations may result in account termination.
16. Platform Availability
GoldVault does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may experience downtime due to maintenance or external factors.
17. Refund Policy
Transactions are final and non-reversible, except in cases of:
- Duplicate payments
- Failed system transactions
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
