1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GoldVault App (“GoldVault”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoldVault mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App” or “Services”).

By creating an account or using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• You accept these Terms
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Nature of the Platform

GoldVault provides a digital platform for buying, selling, and managing gold.

GoldVault:

• Does not provide financial or investment advice
• Does not guarantee returns or profits
• Does not operate as a bank or deposit-taking institution

All transactions are based on live market prices, and users assume all risks.

3. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
• Provide accurate and complete information

GoldVault reserves the right to deny access if eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities under your account

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

GoldVault is not liable for losses due to user negligence.

5. Use of Services

You may use the App to:

• Buy and sell digital gold
• Track gold holdings
• Set up automated gold purchases (SIP)

All features are subject to availability, compliance checks, and system limitations.

6. Transaction Execution

• All transactions are executed at real-time market prices
• Prices may change at any time due to market conditions
• Execution may be handled through authorized third-party providers

GoldVault does not control market pricing.

7. No Fund Holding

GoldVault does not hold customer funds.

All payments are processed through regulated third-party payment gateways, and transactions are completed accordingly.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Use third-party payment methods not in your name
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform
• Use bots or automated tools

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Fees and Payments

• Applicable fees (buy/sell spread, storage, etc.) will be disclosed before transactions
• You must use a valid payment method in your verified name

GoldVault is not responsible for failures caused by third-party payment providers.

10. Risk Disclosure

• Gold prices fluctuate based on market conditions
• The value of your holdings may increase or decrease
• GoldVault does not provide guaranteed or fixed returns

You are solely responsible for your decisions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by GoldVault or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Third-Party Services

GoldVault may rely on third-party providers for:

• Payment processing
• KYC verification
• Data storage

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by such providers.

13. Suspension & Termination

GoldVault may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your activity is deemed suspicious or non-compliant

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

GoldVault makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of pricing
• Availability of services
• Suitability for any purpose

15. Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized access due to user negligence

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
